What we collect

When you send a request from Get started: your email, and your name, business name, phone number and message if you add them, your choices (channels, team size and locations), the package you came from, and the page you sent it from. To stop abuse we may also keep a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself. We clear it once it is a day old, the next time anyone uses the form.

Where it goes

Your request goes to the MCV team’s inbox and email, and may be kept in a request log so nothing is lost. It passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and through our email and customer-inbox providers. They act for MCV. We use service providers, including Cloudflare (hosting, spam checks and the request log) and Resend (email), which may store or process your information outside Canada, including in the United States.
